AnywhereCommerce released its Walker Chip and Signature mobile payment solution at the 2013 ETA Annual Meeting & Expo. Walker is a compact and rugged payment acceptance device that is compatible with most mobile smartphones and tablets, which enables mobile payment acceptance that is compliant with EMV rules for Chip and Signature as well as legacy magnetic stripe use. First Data Names New CEO

The Board of Directors of First Data Corporation announced that Frank Bisignano has been named chief executive officer (CEO) and the board of directors. Previously, Bisignano most recently served as Co-Chief Operating Officer of JP Morgan Chase &Co. (“JPMorgan Chase”), one of the largest providers of banking, lending, treasury, wealth management and investment services that serves 50 million customers, including consumers, small businesses, mid-size companies, corporations, financial institutions, nonprofits and governments. Bisignano also was the chief executive officer for Citigroup’s Global Transactions Services business and a member of Citigroup’s Management Committee and was the Chief Administrative Officer for Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank, a senior executive vice president and Citigroup’s firm-wide deputy head of technology and operations.

Ukash Inks MoneyGram Distribution Deal

MoneyGram and Ukash signed a global agreement that will give Ukash customers the ability to send domestic and international money transfers from the Ukash website and receive it at any of MoneyGram’s more than 310,000 locations worldwide or through MoneyGram’s account deposit channels. The initial service will launch in the U.K. later this year with plans to expand into other markets expected shortly thereafter. Yodlee Names New CFO

Yodlee announced Mike Armsby has been appointed CFO. Formerly CFO of View dynamic glass for buildings, where Armsby raised over $150 million in company financing, his experience spans 20 years and includes positions at Price Waterhouse, Bain & Company, Synopsys and the position of CFO for PowerLight. At PowerLight, Armsby managed a successful sale of the company to SunPower where he continued to integrate the businesses and drive significant growth as Vice President of Finance.
