The Group has acquired the Dynacart equity previously owned by a major investment management house in Liechtenstein; following this transaction, Kohli Ventures owns the entire issued and to be issued share capital of the business. Kohli Ventures had first invested in Dynacart in 2011 after being attracted by its potential to act as a disruptor in the payments industry through its easy-to-use and secure payments gateway solution.
