Veritec Enters Marketing Contract With iNet

Veritec two-dimensional matrix technology and developer of mobile banking debit card solutions and WY-based iNet Team have signed a marketing agreement to market the “blinx ON-OFF Card” to the under-banked. The Veritec “MTC” and “blinx ON-OFF” Card Programs allows card issuers and sponsors to provide private branded debit or gift cards to individuals with or without an acceptable credit history. Card Activation Technologies Files 10 Retailer Lawsuits

Chigao-based Card Activation Technologies
has filed lawsuits against 10 major retailers. The retailers include
Fashion Bug, Lane Bryant, Nordstrom’s, Blockbuster and Macy’s for patent
infringement. The case was filed in the United States District Court for
the Western District of Missouri.
CAT is actively seeking to license its technology to the thousands
of current users and believes that many retailers, gas stations, phone
companies and others that utilize those stored value cards, such as gift
and debit, infringe its patent. As a result, the company is aggressively
pursuing litigation against these infringements.

USAT Deployed More than 10,000 Cashless Devices in Q1 2010
