AIB and Sentenial to offer Sepa direct debits platform

AIB and Sentenial specialist payment technology provider will be working in partnership to offer Origix Corporate Payment Management solution, to AIB’s business customers. The service will allow businesses to switch to the new Pan-European Direct Debit scheme (SEPA) with minimal change to their existing processes. SEPA payments will replace existing payments and offer benefits such as the ability to Direct Debit customers across the entire Eurozone. A major benefit of the Origix Corporate solution is that businesses can initiate SEPA payments using legacy formats. Experian launches customer contact tracing

Experian global information services has launched its “Dynamic Tracing” platform to give lenders up to date customer contact details and credit information. This greatly reduces the risk of lenders making incorrect decisions based on out of date data. This is in response to research indicating up to 15% of customer records held by large consumer organisations may not have all of the most recent customer information. It collates customer contact information, addresses and credit information relevant to the customer at those addresses, from Experian’s databases and highlighting out-of-date information.
