PayU Payment Solutions online payment service provider now lets online businesses accept Ukash as an additional cash-based online payment method. The PayU “SafeShop” payment processing product developed and shaped e-commerce in South Africa for the past decade, now enables online businesses to securely accept and process 11 different payment methods, including Ukash. Online merchants can enable Ukash payments on their Web sites by requesting PayU to enable the capability for their shopping basket.

ProProcure SABMiller’s Global Brands POS Partner

ProProcure Marketing Spend Management Company formed a partnership with SABMiller Brewing to act as their Global Brands PoS partner. Impark Implements Visa payWave/Visa Debit

Visa Canada and Imperial Parking Canada Corporation (Impark) announced they are partnering to bring Visa payWave contactless payments to 72 of its attended parking facilities across Canada. As of January 2012, drivers at participating parking lots will be able to simply “wave and go”, when purchasing parking at a payWave enabled Impark parking lot. Canadian Impark customers managing their accounts online, now have the option to pay their fees and balances using Visa Debit, which lets users pay for items directly from their bank account when transacting online, via telephone or by mail order.

OTI Inks $6.9mm Immigration Control Contract

On Track Innovations announced that the Ministry of Public Security of Panama has awarded OTI with a contract for the supply, design, installation and integration of systems to monitor and improve immigration verification processes and overall immigration flow. OTI expects to recognize revenues of approximately $6.9 million, with the potential for additional revenue in future years from follow-on contracts. Cardtronics retail ATMs has appointed Todd Clark senior executive VP, Sales and Relationship Management Group. He joins Cardtronics with more than 20 years’ success in sales and client relations leadership roles, having driven revenue growth in both entrepreneurial and global corporate environments. Most recently senior VP/GM of strategic accounts at First Data, Clark led financial institution-facing sales teams at Concord EFS, Inc, which he joined in 2002 when Concord acquired Core Data Resources Inc., which Clark co-founded in 1991. Under Clark’s leadership, Core Data Resources grew to become the second largest ATM processor in the U.S., counting Cardtronics among its earliest clients.

Jen Mack has joined G2 merchant compliance monitoring and e-commerce risk management as VP, Business Development. With this, she will oversee adoption of G2’s merchant risk management services, as well as developing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the payments industry. Bringing more than 14 years of data security and PCI DSS expertise to G2 Web Services, Mack was most recently the Director of the Global PCI Consulting Service at Verizon Business, where she developed the global PCI Leadership team and liaised with key stakeholders in the payments industry.
