COF Continues to Drive Growth in Q2 – Top 4 EOP Outstandings +4% YOY

U.S. credit card outstandings end-of-period (EOP) among the Top 4 U.S. issuers gained 4.3% in the second quarter (2Q/18) year-on-year (YOY) to $427.1 billion. The YOY growth rate is down 150 basis points (bps), compared to the prior quarter.
